It’s all about multifunctional and informative screens (three 43″s split into six views to present whatever function is required to view: radar, camera, all navigation instruments, motor info, electronic chart, etc.) and a chair with touch screens and controls.
For sure, this is not a conventional bridge, this is an innovative concept to operate & control all functions of the inland ship and extract sensor data at any time. Technically achievable today! On show at the Radio Holland/Radio Zeeland stand F132 at Maritime Industry in Gorkum.
