We are happy to inform you that the acquisition of RH Marine Group by Pon Holdings has officially been completed today. This means that Radio Holland Group B.V.,Van Berge Henegouwen (VBH) and AERIUS Marine GmbH are now fully part of Pon. Pon – one of the largest family-run businesses in the Netherlands – is a leading international firm that employs more than 13,000 people across 32 countries. Pon delivers high-quality products and solutions, develops and produces bicycles, and offers engineering solutions in various market segments and operates in many different markets, from passenger cars and commercial vehicles and bicycles to tires, heavy equipment for road construction and earthmoving, power generators and comprehensive solutions for the marine industry.
The business operations of the three acclaimed companies offer an excellent supplement to the established maritime activities of Pon and its extensive international expertise in the maritime and offshore sector, fuelling further expansion of Pon’s maritime activities worldwide. This is a very positive development for Radio Holland Group! The three companies will operate independently within Pon.
