On the Second day of the Europort in Rotterdam Damen Shipyards signed the 30th order in a row for an extensive Navigation and Communication package from Radio Holland for their multipurpose cargo vessels.
“There are two main reasons Damen chooses for Radio Holland”, tells Joost Bloemsaat, Business Development Manager at Radio Holland. “The first one is that we can supply a complete package of one brand at a favorable price and the second reason is that Radio Holland has offices in China, where the vessels are built. So, we can do the commissioning of the equipment locally”.
Furthermore, most of the customers operating these vessels sail mainly Northwestern Europe, where Radio Holland has an extensive service network so the equipment can easily be maintained.
