The EML900 is a High-performance electromagnetic log using a next-generation master indicator. The electromagnetic log measures the speed and indicates the traveled distance. It does this by measuring the speed through water from the flow of water at the bottom of the ship and calculates the total distance of navigation. There are two types of sensors, a single-axis measuring fore-to-aft and a dual-axis that measures fore-to-aft and the starboard-to-port.
