The Team!

You’ll be part of a dedicated team consisting of account managers, service coordinators, service engineers, planners, and technical managers. This team plays a vital role in the end-to-end process of selling and delivering maintenance services to our customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business through seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As a Service Sales Engineer, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the inside sales process to ensure precise handling of customer inquiries. Your efforts are integral to the seamless flow of our inside sales operations, making a substantial contribution to the delivery of outstanding service to our valued customers while also spearheading the exploration of new avenues for business growth.
The scope of your work is international, and your primary work location will be in our office in Oslo (Norway).

Responsibilities

  • Ensures the preparation and technical elaboration of tickets, based on our request for quote process.
  • Send quotations and answer all customer enquiries on service, survey, commissioning, and installation professionally and timely.
  • Work within sales authorization and precisely defined pricing guidelines.
  • Calculate cost price of orders based on customer requirements and wishes.
  • Ensures that all relevant information is up to date, correct and complete in our systems (Zendesk/Navision).
  • Ensures all documentation and information in Zendesk is complete for handover to other departments.

Requirements

  • (at least) 3 years of experience in a similar job.
  • (at least) a secondary vocational graduate.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.
