Suez Electronics Engineering & Trading LTD member of Radio Holland Egypt (part of Radio Holland Group) is one of the leading companies in Egypt, established in 1985 and specialized in the supply, installation and maintenance of wireless land Equipment, Tetra Equipment & satellite communications Equipment as well as Microwave communication, Marine, Security, Navigation Equipment &Car navigation (GPS) & Electronic Maps.
The company represents most of the International Companies specialized in this field. It has four service centers strategically located at Cairo, Alex., Suez and Port Said fully equipped with the most up to date measurement & repair instruments, highly qualified engineers, factory trained as well as stock of spare parts enough to cover maintenance & site service all over the country.
These are your tasks and responsibilities.
As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to strategically advance the business performance, cultivate growth, and expand our market presence. In this crucial role, you’ll lead efforts to position Suez Electronics Engineering & Trading LTD as the preferred choice among our valued customers and esteemed business partners, including OEMs and integrators. With a proactive mindset and a talent for seizing opportunities, you’ll play a central role in shaping our company’s path forward.
Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on market developments and respond proactively.
- Recruit and develop talent to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts, explore partnerships, and drive sales growth.
- Lead sales teams for direct and indirect customer segments.
- Develop geographic expansion and sales strategies.
- Engage with clients at all levels to influence purchasing decisions.
- Optimize processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Act as ambassador, maintain relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Generate leads, ensure timely follow-up, and register opportunities.

Requirements
This characterizes you:
- Proficient in NavCom technologies at all levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of marine systems across projects and services.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Anticipating challenges and actively seeking ways to stay ahead.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
This is what we ask of you:
- Must be a Cairo resident.
- 7-10 years of experience in business development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Communication Department).
- Is experienced in managing and negotiating high value projects, technical projects and contracts and their terms and conditions.
