These are your tasks and responsibilities.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and sub-projects, using your excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure efficient planning, execution, and completion. You will collaborate closely with fellow project managers, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high standard of quality. The role operates nationally from our office in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all procedures are correctly followed before project initiation.
- Deliver projects as per contracts, within budget, and adhering to ethics, quality, and safety standards.
- Focus on revenue growth, business improvement, and fostering ownership and collaboration.
- Maintain relationships throughout the project and report escalations.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates.
- Allocate resources and select teams based on required competencies.
- Define material requirements and prepare orders for procurement.
- Conduct evaluations and share insights to improve future projects.
- Handle aftersales activities during the project warranty period.
Requirements

This is what we ask of you:
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar job.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in a similar direction.
- Fluent in English language skills (verbally and written).
- Excellent computer skills.
- Affinity for technology and automation.
