In our Deepsea department, you’ll find a dynamic group of individuals committed to exceeding customer satisfaction. Join us in this exciting role, where you’ll collaborate with among others service (sales) engineers, service coordinators, planners, and business development managers, all working together to deliver exceptional service.
These are your tasks and responsibilities.
As a Service Coordinator, you are responsible for the planning and coordination of all operational activities. You ensure that a job is prepared, performed, and invoiced as per the standards of Radio Holland, which is in an effective and (cost) efficient way. As a Service Coordinator, you play a crucial role in coordinating and planning maintenance and repair services. With your good communication skills and organizational talent, you always satisfy the customer and ensure timely and efficient execution of work.
The scope of your role is international, and you are located in Rotterdam (the Netherlands) or Antwerp (Belgium).
Responsibilities:
- Converting the service quote to a service order (end-to-end responsibility).
- Check-in with the vessel agent daily until 48 hours before the scheduled attendance date.
- Checking and confirming with the scheduler that an engineer is available for the scheduled service.
- Ensure service order is within margin parameters.
- Ensuring the service report is sent to the customer within a tight deadline and register relevant external customer feedback.
Requirements
This characterizes you:
- Customer-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written.
This is what we ask of you:
- Experienced in a similar job (2-5 years) in a customer services environment (24/7 environment).
- A vocational education or bachelor’s graduate in electronic engineering is a plus.
